Food choices inside and out.
Recliner seats in wide aisles.
Dolby 10 point sound is superb.
BRING A BLANKET OR PANTS AND A SWEATER. Itâs always ice cold in these theaters! Usually pretty clean place, the recliners are getting worn and are really squeaky when reclining up and down. Overall not bad.
This is the third time weâve come to this theater, everytime there has been some sort of issue.
Tonight was really ridiculous , though.
Keep in mind this theater is located WITHIN a strip mall where people shop. So obv itâs well placed for people to patron after or before shopping or eating.
Hawaii is a place where people visit and people often get places using Lyft or Uber, meaning thereâs no where to put purchases other than keeping them on their persons.
I walked into the lobby, trashed my drink bc Iâm aware there are no drinks allowed. My husband spent over 60$ on tickets and bought food.
The signs say no outside FOOD OR DRINKS⊠thatâs it.
My daughter and I purchased cups at Starbucks and had them inside of a Starbucks bag. When we get ready to enter the theater, I open my bag and pull out the cups, showing the attendant that the cups are completely empty bc i want them to be compliant and obedient to the rules.
I have no pockets, no purse or anything. Just my phone. My daughter the same. My husband and small children, the same.
We found out AFTER spending 100+ that we canât enter in with the merchandise?!
Canât get a refund for tickets.
So I either need to throw my cups out that I just spent money on or be ok w not watching a movie that we just spent 60.00 onâŠ
My husband ended up speaking to a manager (WE NEVER do this) and they decided they could hold the cups up front. But had he not said anything, they would have been completely content with us just leaving.
This doesnât make any sense bc youâre in a shopping mall strip??!
Absolute trash.
And this is the only consolidated theater we ever have issues with. The others in the area and in Honolulu are great.
My daughter and I bought popcorn and candy for a movie, but I had my reusable water bottle with me. Once in the theater, a crew member told me due to their liquor policies outside hydro flasks werenât allowed (though I did only have water), but super kindly offered to bring my daughter and I some cups of water with ice and (apparently they have free little cups you can use to get water). Thanks, Jeff! Was our first time here but the friendly staff will have us coming back
When we lived in Mililani this was our favorite theater to go to, especially after the renovations! All recliner seats. Great picture and sound quality. Friendly staff. Always clean. Their kitchen menu is pricey but worth trying. Super conveniently located in town center. Definitely the best theater in central Oahu, or on the whole island weâd argue.
Sad to say, but the theater is getting old. The reclining seats still recline and are comfy, but the pleather is wearing out and gets all over your back and on your hair. The food out front is pretty good but they're slow and they don't deliver to your theater seat like some other places do. So you have to either wait there or go back out when they buzz you.
Everything was good until my teenage daughter was not allowed to bring in her hydroflask. She doesn't drink soda so we figured it was okay. I was told to leave the hydroflask and I was basically forced to buy a $6 bottle of water...
